The "Kaniza", a long-selling low chair for the elderly, has been redesigned as an easy-to-use chair for the whole family. While reducing the burden on the knees and the body from sitting for long periods of time, the chair was designed to facilitate communication with family members and to fit in with the home.
Easy to stand up
In order to thoroughly reduce the burden on the knees,the seat height is 22 cm, andthe handrails that go all the way around to the back allow for a firm grip anywhere and do not tilt when weight is placed on them.
Spacious seating surface and thick cushions
The wide seat surface, which allows you to sit with a small child in your arms, and the thick cushioning will not cause fatigue even if you sit for a long time, and your legs and back, which have lost muscle tone, will not become sore.By sitting with your feet under the seat, your pelvis will naturallyrise forward, making it easier to adopt a relaxed and correct posture with less strain on your lower back.
Stable shape
The legs are arched to prevent tipping over, and thetrapezoidal structure provides a great sense of stability.The trapezoidal structure provides excellent stability, preventing it from falling over even if a child plays on the armrests, or if an elderly person with an unstable body holds on to it.

While maintaining the barrier-free design points that have been supported for many years, the design is highly compatible with interior design.The cover can be changed, so it can be used in both Japanese and Western-style rooms according to mood and season.
