Oriza, a studio in Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture, collected low-speed looms made in the early Showa period from all over Japan, dismantled, restored, and improved them, and completed the world's only original loom, the "one-row loom.

This new stole makes full use of the "multiple weaving" technique, in which two or more pieces of fabric are woven on top of each other.

The unique shape of the four-ply spread from the bound cylindrical fabric is woven without sewing, using the kimono length one-row weaving machine.

The stole can be wrapped around, worn as a headband, or tied in a variety of different ways.
