When ordering

Timing of delivery of goods or provision of services

We will ship your order within 6 business days after receiving it. However, if the item is out of stock and needs to be ordered, we will send you a separate email with the delivery date.

Returns, cancellations and defective products

We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order has been received due to customer reasons (the product is different from what you expected, the size is wrong, the order was incorrect, etc.).
In the unlikely event that the product is damaged during delivery, is defective upon delivery, or is incorrect, please return the product to us and we will exchange it for a good product or refund your money.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if the product is damaged or soiled after delivery due to reasons of the customer.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on used products unless the product is defective.
