These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "these terms") apply to the products or services (hereinafter referred to as "these services") provided by the official online store of GOOD DESIGN STORE TOKYO by NOHARA (hereinafter referred to as "this store") operated by Nohara Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") and apply between our company and you. By using this store, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

About Membership Registration

You can use our store without registering as a member, but if you wish to register as a member, please agree to the following conditions before registering.

1. Membership registration for this store must be done by the person who wishes to register (hereinafter referred to as the "Member"). Registration by proxy will not be accepted. For items that you are asked to enter or select on the registration screen, please enter true and accurate information about yourself according to the specified input method.
2. If the applicant falls under any of the following items, the Company may refuse registration or re-registration. In addition, the Company bears no obligation to disclose the reasons therefor.

(1) If there is any falsehood, error or omission in any part or whole of the registration information

(2) If the Company determines that you are a member of an antisocial force (meaning an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a right-wing group, an antisocial force, or any other person equivalent thereto; the same applies below), or that you have some kind of interaction or involvement with an antisocial force, such as cooperating or participating in the maintenance, operation or management of an antisocial force through funding or other means.

(3) If the Company determines that the person wishing to register is a person who has violated a contract with the Company in the past or a related party to such a person.

(4) Any other case in which the Company determines that registration is inappropriate.

Management of registered personal information

1. Please be responsible for managing your registered email address and password. We will not be held responsible for any damages incurred as a result of theft by a third party. Furthermore, we will not be held responsible for any damages incurred as a result of lending or transferring your registered email address and password.

About sales contracts and product orders

1. When you complete the ordering process on our store and the message "Your order has been confirmed" appears on the purchase screen, the sales contract for your order (including the product, delivery date, price, and other terms) is deemed to have been concluded. After the order process has been completed, you cannot cancel or change the contents of the contract.
2. After you have completed the order process, we will send you a confirmation email regarding your order. You are responsible for maintaining your network environment and email settings to receive emails. If you are unable to receive emails from our store due to circumstances on your side, we will not be held responsible for any damages you may incur.

About fees and payment methods

1. For details on payment methods, please see "Payment" here.
2. You shall pay the amount displayed on the product purchase page of this Store by the payment method selected by you on the payment screen. If you change your payment method for your convenience after the order procedure, or if an adjustment is required between the order amount and the payment amount, any additional fees that may be incurred shall be borne by you.
3. If payment is not confirmed by the due date for a deferred payment settlement, legal action may be taken.

Regarding product delivery and handover

1. We will ship your order within 5 business days after receiving it.
2. If there are any defects or errors in the order details or input items and normal order processing is not possible, the product may not be shipped within the specified number of days stated in paragraph 1, and delivery may be delayed.
3. Customers can specify a desired delivery date and time when placing an order. However, even if a desired delivery date is specified, we cannot guarantee that the product will be delivered on the specified date and time.
4. Due to product inventory status, transportation reasons due to force majeure such as traffic conditions or bad weather, the year-end and New Year holidays, mid-year gift-giving and year-end gift-giving seasons, summer holidays, and other circumstances, it may not be possible to ship within the specified number of days stated in paragraph 1 or to deliver the product on the desired delivery date entered by the customer when placing the order.
5. Delivery of the product shall be deemed completed upon delivery to the delivery address specified by the customer during the ordering process.
6. The delivery address of the product is limited to within Japan. However, we do not deliver to delivery companies' stores, private mailboxes, overseas shipping agents, or overseas forwarding service companies.

About order cancellations and product returns/exchanges

1. Once an order has been placed, cancellations and changes to the contract details are not possible.
2. If the product is damaged during delivery, is defective, or is the wrong product, please return it to us cash on delivery and we will exchange it for a good product or refund you.
3. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons (different from the image, wrong size, wrong order, etc.) In addition, we cannot accept returns if the product is damaged or soiled due to customer's fault.
4. We cannot accept returns on used products unless they are defective.

Copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights

1. All copyrights, trademarks, other intellectual property rights, and all other rights regarding all content (including but not limited to product information, images, illustrations, and other content materials) contained in this store or any notifications issued by our company belong to our company or the content provider.
2. Except for personal use, you are prohibited by law from modifying, copying, adapting, distributing, transferring, lending (whether for commercial purposes or not), transmitting, broadcasting, etc. the content without permission.

Disclaimer

1. In the event that all or part of the Service is interrupted or suspended due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, the enactment, amendment or repeal of laws and regulations, traffic accidents, administrative actions based on the exercise of public authority, infectious diseases, failures or system maintenance of communication lines or computers, accidents involving transport equipment, etc., the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Customer in the event of delays in the delivery of Products or other interruptions or suspension.
2. The Company's responsibility is limited to operating the Service with reasonable efforts, and the Company does not guarantee the safety, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, suitability, up-to-dateness, legality, morality, or absence of computer viruses of the Service. In addition, the Company takes sufficient security measures such as encryption processing into consideration, but even in such cases, the possibility of information leakage, etc. cannot be completely eliminated.

Prohibited acts

1. Customers are prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts when using this store. If the Company determines that a customer's actions fall under any of the following acts, the Company may cancel or terminate the customer's membership registration or suspend the use of this service without prior notice to the customer.

(1) Impersonating another person or entering or sending false order information
(2) Using the store for purposes other than purchasing products
(3) Purchasing products from our store for the purpose of reselling or resale or other profit-making purposes
(4) Using registration information or passwords illegally or allowing a third party to use them
(5) Making purchase offers without the intention of actually purchasing a product and then frequently returning the product
(6) Any act that interferes with normal delivery, such as refusing to receive the product or returning the product due to an extended absence
(7) Any act that interferes with or disrupts the servers or networks connected to our store
(8) Any act that interferes with the normal business operations of our company or the operation of this store.
(9) Any act violating these Terms and Conditions.
(10) Criminal acts, acts contrary to public order and morals, or other acts that violate laws and regulations
(11) Any other act that the Company deems inappropriate

2. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer as a result of such measures.

3. If the Company incurs any loss or damage as a result of the Customer's violation of paragraph 1, the Customer must immediately compensate the Company for the damage. In the event of a criminal act, criminal charges may be filed.

Provision of this service

We may suspend or terminate the provision of all or part of this service at any time without notifying you. Regardless of the reason, we shall not be liable for any damage or disadvantage caused by the suspension or termination of this service.

Governing Law

The establishment, validity, performance and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the Tokyo District Court as the court of first exclusive jurisdiction.

Topics for discussion

Any matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions and any doubts that arise regarding the interpretation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through discussion between the Service User and our company in good faith.
