As a rule, we do not accept cancellations after the product has been arranged and prepared for shipment.

About Shipping

Q. I would like to know the shipping cost.
For regular size items, shipping is a flat rate of 680 yen (tax included) per delivery address, and free of charge for purchases of 11,000 yen (tax included) or more.
(Other large-size items are separately indicated in the product column.)
Q. I would like to know the shipping company.
We use Japan Post Yu-pack, Kuroneko Yamato, and Sagawa Express. The shipping company is determined by the size of the product and other factors, but we are unable to accept your shipping company's specification.
Q. I want to change the designated delivery date.
Please contact us as soon as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the package has been shipped, it cannot be changed, so please make a request for re-delivery, etc., and pick up the package within one week of the designated date.
Q. Can you ship overseas?

Returns and Exchanges

Q. I received a different item from my order or a defective item.

and keep all the packaging. We will promptly arrange for and notify you of a replacement product. Please note that in some cases, we may not be able to provide a replacement product, and you may have to return the product or receive a refund.

Q. I want to exchange the color or size.
If the item is a different image or the size does not fit, etc., the return or exchange is at the customer's convenience. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We do not accept returns or exchanges of items that have been used at least once, or items with defaced or lost packaging or product tags. Please contact us within one week from the date of arrival, and in an unused and undamaged condition.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns of good items.

About gift wrapping

Q. What kind of wrapping is it?
We will place the gift in a wrapping bag with our original logo according to the size of the product.

There are some products such as large size that we cannot accept.
Please note that we are unable to wrap items that are not listed in the description of the desired item.
Q. Can you do an assortment?
Depending on the size and combination of products, we may not be able to fulfill your request. In that case, we will contact you.
Q.Can you put a noshi (gift wrapping paper) on my order?
Yes. If you would like to order noshi, please add the quantity of noshi you would like to order to your cart and then go to

and in the remarks column of the cart screen, enter the type of noshi (name on the front) and the name of the person you would like to have it personalized for.
Please note that we may not be able to attach noshi depending on the shape of the product.
