Ceramic 1616 arita Japan/TY Palace Plate/Gray

This project brought an opportunity to revitalize the Arita ceramic production area by designing tableware that connects tradition to modern life, while at the same time taking a fresh look back at the culture of the area's historic ceramics production. New materials and techniques were also explored.

The goal is to create a product and brand that can be used at tables around the world for 10, 20, or even 30 years. The product is thin, light, and durable, and can be used in a variety of ways.

Thin, lightweight, durable, and easy to handle as it is microwave, oven, and dishwasher-safe.

It is 1.8 times more heat resistant than regular porcelain.

It has no base and is durable and scratch-resistant, so it can be stacked in different sizes.

Highly durable and easy to handle, the simple design can be used regardless of the genre of cuisine, gender, or age of the user, making it a recommended gift for birthdays, wedding celebrations, new lives, and a wide range of other celebrations.
