Spatula/SO Silicon Series/Blanche Associe
The universally designed silicone spatula has a one-piece silicone design. The seamless design prevents food from clogging the spatula, making it hygienic and heat resistant up to 280°C, so it can be used in frying pans and pots over heat.
To suit Japanese cooking
Originally developed for use in Western pastry making, the silicon spatulas have been improved to be easier to use in Japanese cooking.
Ingredients do not stick to the spatula.
The silicon spatulas are designed to follow the shape of the bowl to avoid leaving paste-like ingredients behind. The fine roughness of the surface makes it difficult for foodstuffs to stick to it.
Ingredients do not fly off
To prevent cooking ingredients from flying out of the container, the tip of the surface is flexibly warped to prevent bouncing.
Hygienic
The one-piece silicon molding prevents food remnants from clogging the container and is hygienic.
High heat resistance
The heat resistant temperature is 280℃, so it can be used while cooking with the pot on the fire.
Regular size has a hole in the handle.
