Stable grating without slipping.
The blade, which is carefully dug out by the traditional "Honme-zuke" technique, in which a sharp diagonal blade is made with a chisel one by one, isdurable and sharp, allowing you to grate without tearing the fibers. The quattro blade is configured in four directions to maintain a stable and superb grind without slipping.
The sloping and non-slip blade makes it possible to grate with light force.
The 1.5mm-thick stainless steel grater is sturdy and has upper and lower claws to prevent it from coming off the container. The container is sloped for easy grating and has no curled part for reinforcement, so it is hygienic and free from dirt.The silicone lid can be used as a non-slip surface when grating, or as a lid when storing or storing.
Drainable colander
The colander fits perfectly with the slanted container.The bottom of the colander has a raised bottom for better drainage.
