The set includes "Yokan Fantasia," which has won numerous awards at souvenir contests, "Katsuza," a Zen-Japanese word that is perfect for tea cakes, coffee that goes well with Japanese sweets, and a Wasanbon muddler.

Fu no Yaki Katsuza

A fu baked rice cracker made to resemble a stone garden, with onion walnuts on top of the honey that has been brushed over the cracker. The lightness of the rice cracker melts in the mouth with the crunchy texture of the walnuts, and the subtle aroma of miso leaves a lasting impression.

... Yokan Fantasia

Nishikidama-jelly like champagne jelly is sandwiched between azuki yokan. The bird and the moon inside are made of lemon yokan. The top is topped with cranberries, Japanese devil's walnuts and raisins for a luxurious six-layer taste. It goes well with tea or wine, and the pattern changes every time it is cut.

... Coffee Muddler Set

This set includes a muddler shaped like the wooden form of a Japanese confectionery with Wasanbon sugar, the highest quality sugar, and an easy drip pack of coffee that tastes great even when cold, made from an original blend of rare specialty coffee, just like Wasanbon sugar melted and savored.
