Gulping set IKKON
The inner curve of the double cup has three different shapes that bring out different tastes and aromas. The round cup offers a mellow taste, the narrow cup offers a change in taste, and the straight cup offers a robust taste.
IKKON is named after the Japanese word "ikken," which means "to pour and drink sake.
Ohori Soma-yaki is a type of pottery produced in the Ohori area of Namie-cho, Futaba-gun, Fukushima Prefecture, and has a 350-year history dating back to the Edo period.
The three different types of Sobori-yaki have a double-layered inner curve that changes the depth of flavor and taste of the sake depending on how it interacts with the air.
