These boots were jointly developed with a manufacturer specializing in rubber boots in order to make it easier for birdwatchers to carry them around for birdwatching, as well as for activities on mud flats and in muddy areas.

They are also suitable for other activities than bird-watching!

They are easier to move around in than ordinary boots and can be worn actively. They can be used for gardening work, outdoor camping, and town use. You can leave them in a locker at your workplace in case of a sudden rain.

Insole recommended for those who often use the shoes on hard surfaces in town.

We have also developed a special insole with a hard panel from the heel to the foot that firmly supports the sole of the foot and reduces fatigue even after long hours of walking.

Size Chart

Heel height is 1.1 to 1.2 cm, and fabric thickness is just under 2.0 mm, which is common to all sizes.

Size selection tips
The ankle portion is made to fit to cope with walking in muddy conditions.
We recommend that you choose one size larger than your normal size. If you choose a size larger than usual, you may feel tightness depending on your foot shape and sock thickness.
