Old German Knife / Windmill Knife / Robert Haeder
The oldest German knife shape.
The large, hand-polished blade can be used not only for cutting bread and cheese, but also as a spreader for butter and jam.
The blade is made by a traditional method in the Solingen region of Germany. The lightweight blade is easy to peel, and the soft, rounded wooden handle and wide, rounded blade are safe for anyone to use.
Prices vary depending on the wood used for the handle. Ice Beach has a strong wood grain.
