Mobil/Manumobile/Good Job! Project

Originating in the 1930s as "moving sculptures," mobiles became popular in Scandinavian homes.

The motifs, which are made by hand pasting several sheets of paper together, have a warmth and texture that cannot be expressed by printing.

Prices vary depending on the design.

Narrative like a picture book

The large and small motifs move around like a moving story. This storytelling quality stirs the child's free imagination and broadens the conversation between parents and children.

Only paper and thread

It is very lightweight and can be easily fastened with thumbtacks or tape. It can also be hung on a hook, so it is safe even in a house where it is not possible to make a hole in the ceiling.

It rotates slowly and gently, catching the slightest air current. It can be used in air conditioner vents, etc. It is not suitable for installation in air conditioner vents or places exposed to strong winds. We recommend a location where it is gently illuminated by sunlight or lights. The shadows of the mobiles will create unexpected shapes as they rotate.

Manu Mobiles

Manu Mobiles are completely new mobiles created by reinterpreting Scandinavian mobiles from a Japanese perspective. The motifs are not printed on paper, but cut paper is pasted together by hand using a unique technique. Please enjoy the warmth and gentle colors unique to paper.
