The narrower blade width makes this size unsuitable for cutting cabbage into strips like the previous Ever Peeler, but it can be used for peeling potatoes, carrots, etc. in a smaller turn.
The impressive sharpness of the blade is exactly the same. Not only can it peel radishes, potatoes, and carrots with light force, but it can also peel pumpkins, which are hard and difficult to cut with a knife.
