Signature Sencha

Only 3% of the tea leaves in Japan are organic, and ISSO selects only the highest quality tea leaves for this supreme standard product. Tea leaves with full umami and sweetness, tea leaves with high fragrance, and tea leaves with good water color are added, and the harmony and depth of the tea as a whole are carefully selected.

Hojibocha

Only 5% of the stems are selected from the rare organic first-grade tea leaves, and they are slowly roasted from the core using a specially developed far-infrared roasting machine, resulting in a refined, sweet aroma.

Genmaicha

Organic rice of the Hinohikari variety from Kumamoto Prefecture, which has a distinct aroma, is carefully selected and mixed with organic first-grade tea from Kyushu, where the balance of taste and aroma can be fully appreciated. The organic rice is grown in the rich, high-quality underground water flowing upstream from Kuradake, in natural soil where no pesticides have been used for more than 25 years, and in luxuriant sunlight.

Lemongrass Green Tea

Organic lemongrass grown on the Goto Islands in Nagasaki Prefecture is combined with only 5% of the stems of rare organic first-grade green tea.

Black Bean Hojicha

The mellow aroma, flavor, and deep richness of celebrated black beans, which are blessed by Hokkaido's magnificent nature and mineral-rich mountain water, are complemented by the elegant and sweet aroma of hojicha, which is made by slowly roasting only rare organic first-grade tea stems. Its low caffeine content makes it safe to enjoy even before bedtime.

Yutaka Midori Sencha

Yutaka Midori Sencha is deep steamed and roasted over high heat to bring out the full aroma, richness, and sweet flavor of the Yutaka Midori variety. Because it is a variety of tea with a lot of umami, you will enjoy its mellow, dark flavor and mellow aroma compared to ordinary teas made from the Yabukita variety.
