Japan's first manufacturer of metal cutlery in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, which has been manufacturing cutlery since 1911, has further improved its long-selling professional cutlery for over 70 years and created this series with the aim of setting a new standard.

Head design tailored to the Japanese

Due to the structure of the human body, the mouth opens vertically, but the width is almost constant and fixed. The width has been adjusted to be narrower and longer, and the shape has been improved to make it easier to use without opening the mouth wide. The design takes into consideration a wide range of people, from children to women and the elderly.

A handle that combines functionality and design

The satin-finished handle is popular for its resistance to scratches, fingerprints, and water marks after drying. The head part has a mirror finish. In addition, the rounded shape of the handle and the narrowed connection between the handle and the head make the silhouette slimmer and more comfortable to hold. The result is a stylish impression with a sense of luxury.

Lightweight in pursuit of practicality
Reflecting end-user feedback that "lighter cutlery is easier to use," we succeeded in reducing the weight by up to approximately 16%. In addition, the arched handle makes it easier to pick up cutlery set on the table and reduces stress when switching from chopsticks to cutlery.
