1684 AZUMAMINE

Azumamine began sake brewing in 1684 as the oldest sake brewery in Iwate Prefecture. The new brand "1684" was created to reflect the steady craftsmanship of the brewery. Azumamine's sake lees, which embody the "plain" quality of sake made by the hands of craftsmen in a good environment with good water, are made by making the most of the "beauty" of the ingredients themselves.
