2027 World Travel Calendar: A Trip to the Czech Republic and Slovakia / D-BROS
This calendar captures the scenery and atmosphere of various countries, as if you were traveling around the world. In 2027, we’ll explore the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The Czech Republic and Slovakia—which were a single country until 1993—are among the European nations where medieval townscapes remain most vividly preserved, creating a world that feels straight out of a fairy tale.
Designer Ryusuke Tanaka traveled to the Czech Republic to sketch on-site and create the illustrations for this calendar. The calendar also features a new design: it is hung using a string in colors inspired by the Czech flag. Its slim, vertical shape allows it to be displayed almost anywhere, subtly incorporating the gentle illustrations into your daily life.
The 2027 edition is designed to be hung using the included cord. The cord colors—red, blue, and white—are inspired by the national flags of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Celebrating its 8th anniversary this year, the “World Travel Calendar” is a popular choice for home décor, much like displaying a piece of art.
