Grooming brush for cats, catnip
Based on the concept of "grooming with a cat's tongue," the comb has a tooth structure that feels like a cat's tongue, utilizing the technology of a file manufacturer, and its size and shape are designed to fit both cats and people.
It is made by Wataoka Corporation, a manufacturer with a 126-year history in Nigata, Hiroshima Prefecture, which has a 95% share of the file market.
■From a failed attempt at a resin file for vegetables, the company developed a file just to make cats feel good.
■Because it is made to reproduce a cat's tongue, it has a relaxing effect similar to the act of grooming.
It removes loose hairs just as well as brushing, and improves the fur.
The front of the comb has fine teeth, so it can be stroked from any direction.
