IKKON warmer
Just fill the incubator with hot water and set the chirori to warm sake easily. The chirori is double-fired, a characteristic of Ohori Soma-yaki pottery, so the outside does not get hot and can be held with bare hands to keep the chirori warm.
■IKKON is named after the Japanese word "ikken = to pour and drink sake, to serve sake.
Ohori Soma-yaki is a type of pottery produced in the Ohori area of Namie-cho, Futaba-gun, Fukushima Prefecture, and has a 350-year history dating back to the Edo period.
It can be used not only for heating sake, but also as a container for keeping sake cold. This visually sleek tabletop heater will expand the world of sake by offering a new way to enjoy sake at the dinner table.
