Japanese card game in which players try to catch fish (e.g. 'sake', 'karaoke')
Fish karuta with realistic reproduction of fish skin
Using a special printing technique called metallic printing and thick-printing, the glittering and unevenness of the scales when the fish reflects light are reproduced. This karuta can be enjoyed with both the senses of sight and touch, and allows the viewer to experience the beauty of fish in a time when there are few opportunities to see fish before they are processed.
Since it is made of YUPO, a highly water-resistant synthetic paper, it can be played in a bath or swimming pool. Please float it on the surface of the water and play a karuta game in the water.
