World Map Map Method AuthaGraph World Map/AuthaGraph World Map
A map of the world created in the 16th century that compensates for the shortcomings of conventional maps and shows an accurate overall view of the earth with minimal distortion in size and shape. The map was invented with a new cartographic method that allows any place in the world to be the center of the map and the flow of time to be represented.
World Map:
The world map is printed in color, with no gaps around the map, so that the viewer can understand, for example, the proximity of Antarctica on the far right to not only South America but also Africa and Australia. The explanation of how this map was created is also included.
■World Maps:
This is a poster of a world map consisting of 40 AuthaGraph World Maps arranged vertically, horizontally, and diagonally. The land and oceans of this map are spread out without contradiction, reproducing a spherical world in two dimensions with no dead ends, no matter how far you go in any direction.
