Bread knife Seseragi/21cm/MS-001
Hard breads and moist bread cubes
Three unique blade shapes make it easy to cut any type of bread
The "large wave blade" cuts hard bread with a hard surface without slipping, and the "small wave blade" cuts soft bread without crushing it. The straight blade at the tip of the blade allows you to cut bread without leaving any residue until the very end. The sharp Seki blades produce fewer bread crumbs, so you can cut comfortably with light force.
In addition to bread, the long blade can also be used to cut large, soft whole cakes and rolls, which are easily crushed, to give them a clean cross-section.
