Cooking Knives MOKA Series
The shape is comfortable to hold and the grip is the right size for a woman's hand. Industrial designer Motomi Kawakami has created an all-stainless steel design that is not too cool, but has a gentle appearance that fits easily into daily life.
Price varies depending on the type.
The MOKA series is a heartwarming kitchen knife born from the collaboration of Motomi Kawakami, an internationally active industrial designer, and Sankraft, a cutlery manufacturer in Seki City that has produced numerous good designs.
The blade is made of stainless steel containing molybdenum-vanadium, which is rust-resistant. The blade is cut by craftsmen with reliable skills.
The handle is hollowed out to reduce weight despite being an all-stainless steel knife.
The handle is seamless from the blade to the handle, which prevents dirt from accumulating and keeps the knife clean at all times. Dishwasher safe.
