Makai flat colander/conte/Ichibishi Kinzoku
A shallow perforated tray with a large bottom area. It can be used for temporary storage after cutting cooking ingredients, for draining vegetables, for draining oil from fried food, or when passing soup stock by combining it with the "Makai Bowl". The food does not get stuck between the weaves as with ordinary woven colanders.
