A gem certified as "Best of SUMIDA MODERN" by Sumida-ku, Tokyo. This miniature glassware expresses the "Edo chic" that is important to "traditional techniques. It comes in a paulownia wood box and is recommended as a gift.
Checkered pattern
The checkered pattern is derived from the pattern on the costume of Sanokawa Ichimatsu, an Edo Kabuki actor. It is said to be good for use in prayer for victory or on a day of victory.
Hexagonal Kagome
The Kagome pattern is derived from the mesh of woven bamboo baskets. Kagome has been used since ancient times as a pattern to ward off evil.
