Key notes and changes in fragrance

At first, two kinds of "Sage" quickly rises upward like a dragon awakening.

After that, lotus white and jasmine, which are lotus flowers, slowly give off a sake-like brewing aroma.

In between, a faint scent of "clove" gives a sense of the rocks in the waterfall basin and tightens the whole atmosphere.

The village has received the Good Design Award in 2024 for its "Entrepreneurial Monozukuri Juku" system, which provides technical and budgetary support for the development of products born from the village's climate and lifestyle, and for communicating the attractiveness of home-made products, while accompanying the villagers in their "wish to do something" and giving shape to their product line.
