"Sasasa" All-Purpose Cloth: Cold Brew Filter

Cold brew coffee, which is brewed slowly at a low temperature over an extended period, results in a smooth flavor with reduced bitterness and acidity. This filter is made from the same Okagishi fabric as the food-safe “Wasarashi” rolls. It can be washed and reused in your daily life.

<Before Use>

Boil the filter in hot water for about 2–3 minutes, then let it dry in a shaded indoor area before use. (We recommend boiling it twice only the first time.)
