Before use
Before using the pan for the first time, rinse it well in hot water and let the water evaporate by heating the pan lightly. After that, apply cooking oil and heat over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes to allow the pan to soak up plenty of oil before use.
After cooking, do not store cooked food in the ironware. Do not store food in an iron vessel after cooking, as this may cause rusting.
Care after use
