Snowflake Pasta Macaroni w/Sprouted Rice
This "snowflake" shaped short pasta is made at the foot of Mt. The beautiful hexagonal shape shortens boiling time and makes it easy to mix with sauces. The package is designed to resemble a mountain ridge, making it a popular souvenir.
The pasta is made from sprouted "Tsuyahime" rice, a brand of Yamagata rice that tastes great even when cold and has a sweet taste. Combined with carefully selected durum wheat semolina, it is formed into original "snowflakes" using an authentic Italian pasta machine.
This short pasta is slowly dried at low temperature.It is white in color, sweet in taste, chewy in texture, and contains GABA (Gaba).
