Yakitsube dashi packet, furikake, white dashi set (packaged in a box)
Yakitsube-no-Dashi" is a luxurious bonito dashi made by our original method of combining bonito flakes from Yaizu with bonito extract to extract all the original flavor of bonito.
The set includes two types of dashi packets with different characteristics, "dried bonito rough shavings" and "dried bonito dry shavings," "deep bonito white dashi" with no chemical seasoning, and "crispy bonito furikake".
The set includes Deep Dried Bonito White Dashi
Simply dilute with water or hot water for use in soups, udon soups, nabe soups, etc. The cloudy white color is the umami of the dashi. The cloudy white color is the umami of the dashi. Dried bonito Crunchy bonito furikake
The light and crispy texture of this bonito furikake is its special feature. It is made with Yaizu karebushi (dried bonito flakes), soy sauce, and Yakitsube no dashi (Yakitsube dashi soup stock), giving it a gentle flavor that makes you want to have seconds and seconds. Enjoy it in a variety of ways, such as sprinkling, spreading, and mixing.
